5 guajillo chiles, for the marinade
1/2 cups achiote paste, for the marinade
1/4 cups vinegar, for the marinade
3 tablespoons orange juice, sour, for the marinade
1 teaspoon garlic powder, for the marinade
1 teaspoon onion powder, for the marinade
1 pepper, fatty, for the marinade
1 pinch oregano, for the marinade
3 pinches salt, for the marinade
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
12 corn tortillas
1 cup pineapple, in slices, for accompaniment
6 tablespoons onion, finely chopped, for garnish
6 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped, for garnish
1/2 cups green salsa

In a pot of boiling water, rehydrate the soy for 20 minutes, removing excess foam. Drain and rinse with water.
Blend all the marinade ingredients and mix with the meat, let rest for 20 minutes.
In a skillet over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the meat until golden brown. Set aside.
Heat the corn tortillas on a griddle and serve with the meat, accompanied by pineapple, onion, cilantro, and sauce.
