  • Preheat the oven to 180° C (350 °F).

  • Heat a comal and grill the nopales. Season and reserve.
  • For the beef steak huaraches: fry the onion in vegetable oil and add the meat. Season and cook 10 minutes.
  • Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the chorizo ​​until it is well fried, add the potato reserve.
  • Spread all the nopales with beans and divide.
  • For the spicy sausage huaraches: fry the spicy sausage, add the potatoes and season as preferred. Add the spicy sausage and decorate with panela cheese, Mexican crema, sliced onions and green sauce.
  • Add the meat and decorate with Mexican crema, avocado and oregano.
  • For the pulled pork pibil style huaraches: add the pulled pork and decorate with red onions and panela cheese.
