Beef with Green Beans

I share this delicious and simple recipe of beef with green beans. It is one of the favorite recipes in my house, you do not need so many ingredients and it is also an ideal dish if you are dieting or taking care of your figure. Do not stop doing it.

  • 500 grams green beans
  • 100 grams celery, washed and disinfected
  • 1/2 green bell peppers
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 500 grams beef cutlet
  • Oléico® safflower oil
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 teaspoon ginger

  • File the onion and the ginger
  • Fry them with a little oil until the onion is transparent. Add the divided vegetables in small pieces.
  • Cook approximately 3 minutes until the green beans are cooked. If necessary you can add a little water.
  • Add the meat and season with the salt and soy sauce.
  • Cook until the meat is ready.
