2 cups broccoli, bleached and cut into very small pieces
1 cup carrot, finely grated
1 cup potato, cooked and mashed
1/4 cups Parmesan cheese, finely grated
1 egg
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 cup wheat flour
2 eggs, smoothie, for breading
1 cup corn flakes, ground, for breading
1/2 cups canola oil
lime, To accompany

In a bowl mix the broccoli with the carrot, the potato, the Parmesan cheese, the egg, the salt and pepper.
Form the croquettes with your hands and bread them through flour, egg and corn flakes.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat, fry the croquettes until golden and remove the excess fat.
Serve with salad and accompany with lemon if desired. Enjoy.
