Clean the chiles by removing the tail, then place them in hot water for 20 minutes.
Blend the chiles with the garlic, onion, cumin, cloves, salt and pepper. Strain the sauce.
Wash the onions and remove the tail.
Place the butter on the bottom cut in squares, add the onion, pineapple in triangles, the prune. Place the chicken and add the sauce; rectify the seasoning. Bathe the chicken well in the sauce and close the container with aluminum foil.
Bake for 1 hour. After the time check that the chicken if cooked, otherwise leave 25 minutes more and turn off the oven and keep it inside until it is served.
