Chicken with Curry Sauce

  • 1 package Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® precooked floured tortillas
  • 600 grams chicken, in medium cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, in cubes
  • 1 white onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoons curry
  • 250 milliliters whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted almonds, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • salt, and white pepper

  • Heat the vegetable oil and sauté the finely chopped onion.
  • Add the peppers and the chicken cubes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • In another pan heat a little vegetable oil and fry the remaining onion and almonds for a few minutes. Then add the curry and the cream to beat, cook approximately 3 minutes.
  • Grind the curry sauce and sauté it, add the chicken with the peppers. Accompany with the Tía Rosa® Precooked Tortillinas®.
