Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1 package Tía Rosa® Pre-cooked tortillinas®
  • 600 grams chicken, in medium cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, in cubes
  • 1 white onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoons curry
  • 250 milliliters whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted almond, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons vegetal oil
  • salt, and white pepper

Preparation

Heat the vegetable oil and sauté the finely chopped onion.
Add the peppers and the chicken cubes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
In another pan heat a little vegetable oil and fry the remaining onion and almonds for a few minutes. Then add the curry and the cream to beat, cook approximately 3 minutes.
Grind the curry sauce and sauté it, add the chicken with the peppers. Accompany with the Tía Rosa® Precooked Tortillinas®.

PRESENTATION

Present it on an extended plate accompanied by a green salad.

TIPS

Dry the chicken very well before grilling it, to avoid that the oil jumps out.
