Fish Fillets with Poblano Chili Sauce

Delicious fish fillets in chile poblano sauce, a dish with a very Mexican touch that will enchant the whole family. Test it!

  • 4 fish fillets
  • 3 Poblano chiles
  • 1/2 onions
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 190 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 1 little box chicken broth

  • Clean poblano peppers, remove the seeds and cut them into 4 parts.
  • Chop the onion and season it in a pan with butter.
  • Blend cream cheese, milk, cream and poblano peppers.
  • Add the onion and liquefy.
  • Put the mixture in the pan and wait for it to boil.
  • Add a small square of chicken broth and salt the sauce.
  • In a pan put the fish fillets and season them. Flip to bake them on both sides.
  • Serve the steaks and add the sauce on top. Decorate with a leaf of parsley.
