3 Poblano chiles
1/2 onions
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup cow's milk
1 cup sour cream
190 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese
1 little box chicken broth

Clean poblano peppers, remove the seeds and cut them into 4 parts.
Chop the onion and season it in a pan with butter.
Blend cream cheese, milk, cream and poblano peppers.
Add the onion and liquefy.
Put the mixture in the pan and wait for it to boil.
Add a small square of chicken broth and salt the sauce.
In a pan put the fish fillets and season them. Flip to bake them on both sides.
Serve the steaks and add the sauce on top. Decorate with a leaf of parsley.
