Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 Fish fillets
  • 3 poblano peppers
  • 1/2 onion
  • 3 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 1 Cup of milk
  • 1 Cup of cream
  • 190 grams of Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 1 little box of chicken soup

    Preparation

    Clean poblano peppers, remove the seeds and cut them into 4 parts.
    Chop the onion and season it in a pan with butter.
    Blend cream cheese, milk, cream and poblano peppers.
    Add the onion and liquefy.
    Put the mixture in the pan and wait for it to boil.
    Add a small square of chicken broth and salt the sauce.
    In a pan put the fish fillets and season them. Flip to bake them on both sides.
    Serve the steaks and add the sauce on top. Decorate with a leaf of parsley.

    Muy fácil de hacer, omití la crema y queso Philadelphia. Seguro con estos ingredientes hubiera quedado mejor pero estuvo muy rico.
