Quick Breaded Fish Fillet

One way to make your children like fish is to brew it. Try this easy recipe and you will see how it will be one of the favorites for the meal. It is very easy to prepare.

  • 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 fish fillets
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil

  • Place the ground bread in an extended dish, in another the flour and in a medium bowl beat the eggs a little. Reservation.
  • Salt fish fillets and pass one by one through the flour, removing the excess. Then for the egg, draining well. Finally, eat them for the ground bread.
  • In a pan heat the oil over medium heat, fry the fillets one by one on both sides until they are brown and cooked.
  • Remove the fillets and remove the excess fat by placing them on absorbent paper.
