  • With the help of a knife, open the chicken breast in two, so that you get a larger and thicker piece.   • In a bowl mix the wheat flour together with the cornstarch, the garlic powder, the onion powder, the cumin, the paprika, the oregano, the pepper and the salt until integrated.
