Baked Meatloaf

A delicious recipe for ground beef very easy to prepare at home. It is a dish that you can prepare a day before and eat the next day. Ideal for a picnic or to celebrate dad.

  • 700 grams ground meat, preferably Sirloin
  • 1 slice sandwich bread, fallen apart
  • 1 egg, smoothie
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup carrot, diced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs, hard
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup raw sugar
  • 1/2 cups tomato sauce

  • In a bowl combine the meat, bread, egg, onion, carrot, English sauce, salt, pepper and whole milk. Knead the preparation and place half of the mixture in a previously greased pan mold. Arrange the eggs in the center of the meatloaf and place the remaining half of the prepared meat.
  • In a pot add vinegar, sugar and tomato sauce, stir. Heat the sauce until the sugar dissolves.
  • Bake the cake at 180 ° C for 1 hour.
  • Serve accompanied by the sauce.
