6 Tía Rosa® wheat flour tortillas
5 beefsteaks, cut into small cubes
6 tomatoes, 3 finely chopped and the rest is for the sauce.
1/2 white onions, 1/4 finely chopped and the rest is for the sauce
4 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce, finely chopped
30 milliliters vegetable oil
3 pinches salt
2 pinches ground pepper

Fry the steak until it is well cooked and add the finely chopped onion, the finely chopped tomato and finally the chipotle chili. seasoning
Grind the remaining onion tomato and fry this sauce with a little oil, seasoning at the end.
Heat the Tía Rosa® Tortillinas®, serve the steak in one and cover with another, salso and cut.
