Ingredients

3 portions
  • 6 Tía Rosa® wheat flour tortillas
  • 5 beef steak, cut into small cubes
  • 6 tomatoes, 3 finely chopped and the rest is for the sauce.
  • 1/2 white onions, 1/4 finely chopped and the rest is for the sauce
  • 4 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely chopped
  • 30 milliliters vegetal oil
  • 3 pinches salt
  • 2 pinches ground pepper

Preparation

Fry the steak until it is well cooked and add the finely chopped onion, the finely chopped tomato and finally the chipotle chili. seasoning
Grind the remaining onion tomato and fry this sauce with a little oil, seasoning at the end.
Heat the Tía Rosa® Tortillinas®, serve the steak in one and cover with another, salso and cut.

PRESENTATION

Serve a full synchronized or divided into 3 and bathe with tomato sauce to your liking.

TIPS

Do not grind much tomato sauce to have texture or you can do it in molcajete.
