  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons dill, dried
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 800 grams salmon fillet, cut into 7-ounce pieces

  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cups Parmesan cheese
  • fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish

  • Preheat oven to 374 °F.
  • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, garlic, onion powder, dill, and salt until completely incorporated.
  • On a baking sheet, place salmon. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Using a spoon, cover salmon with mayonnaise mixture and sprinkle breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
