Peruvian Mixed Ceviche

If you like ceviches this one definitely beats everyone. A Peruvian ceviche with octopus, shrimp and fish cooked with a rich lemon and chile marinade that makes it very special and colorful.

  • 1 cup octopus, cooked, in squares
  • 1 cup shrimp, boy, clean and without shell
  • 1 cup fish steak, of saw cut into cubes
  • 1/2 red onions, finely chopped
  • 3 guajillo chiles, finely chopped
  • 1 cup corn kernels, Cooked
  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 sweet potato, cooked and diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 lime, cut into slices, to decorate

  • In a large bowl, mix the octopus, shrimp, fish fillet, purple onion, guajillo chili and corn.
  • Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper and mix very well.
  • Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 45 minutes.
  • Add the sweet potato and cilantro.
  • Serve and decorate with slices of lemon.
