Shrimp Cocktail with Granola

  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 4 serrano chiles, finely chopped
  • 4 cups shrimp, medium, clean and cooked
  • 1 avocado, in cubes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce, tabasco type
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 4 tablespoons granola, with quinoa Kellogg's®
  • 1 lime, cut into slices, to decorate

  • In a bowl mix all the vegetables together with the shrimp.
