3 cups beans, cooked
5 grams fresh cilantro
1/2 onions
1 cup oats, in flour
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon paprika
1 pinch pepper
1/4 tablespoons ground cumin
1 clove garlic
4 tablespoons coconut oil

Cut the onion and garlic into cubes. Fry in a pan until the onion looks clear.
Cut the cilantro finely.
In a food processor place beans, cilantro and other ingredients except oil and flour.
Once the mixture is ready add the oatmeal little by little and mix until you get a dough that does not stick in your hands.
Form the hamburger with your hands to the desired size.
In a pan with the hot oil, fry the burgers on both sides until golden brown.
Serve on hamburger bun accompanied by lettuce, tomato, avocado, ketchup and mustard.
