Asparagus and Zucchini Frittata

This recipe is a delicious dish of frittata from Asparagus and zucchini. Not so simple to prepare but equally deliciously delicious. Do not stop trying it and sharing it with your whole family.

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 6 eggs, milkshakes
  • 1/3 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoons table salt
  • 1 zucchini, Medium zucchini washed and cut into slices
  • 5 stems asparagus, washed and cut
  • 1/3 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • ground peppers, cool

  • Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet over low heat.
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk and salt until everything is well together.
  • Pour the mixture of the eggs into the pan and place the slices of zucchini and the stems of asparagus cut on the eggs.
  • Cover and continue cooking until the eggs set.
  • Cook for about 7 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese, cover and cook another 3 minutes or until the cheese melts.
  • When serving, sprinkle with a little ground pepper.
