Breaded Carrots

This is one of the perfect garnishes for every occasion, breaded carrots. It is a recipe that I assure you that children will love, especially if they do not like vegetables.

  • 1 kilo carrot
  • 3 eggs
  • breadcrumbs, necessary amount
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • limes, to the taste to decorate
  • water, necessary amount

  • Boil the Carrot with a little salt (not too soft).
  • Drain and let cool.
  • Since it is cold, cut it into 4 strips.
  • Soak them with pepper, salt and lemon. Let stand for a few minutes.
  • Beat the egg and pass the carrots through the egg and then through ground bread.
  • Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Once that time has passed, fry.
