Panela ceviche

Pamper your family with this refreshing panela ceviche, as it is very rich, practical and healthy. As if that were not enough, this ceviche is also prepared with green tomato, cucumber and a lemon vinaigrette, it is simply irresistible!

  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground oregano
  • 1/4 cups chilli vinegar

  • 3 cups panela cheese, in medium cubes
  • 1 cup cucumber, in medium cubes
  • 1 cup tomatillo, in medium cubes
  • 1 cup red onion, finely chopped

  • Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl until all the ingredients are integrated. Booking.
  • Add the panela cheese, the cucumber, the green tomato and the purple onion in a bowl. Subsequently, bathe with the vinaigrette and refrigerate the ceviche for 1 hour.
  • Serve the panela ceviche in a bowl, decorate with coriander leaves and red onion, enjoy with baked toast!
