Beef and Vegetables Hash

The picadillo is delicious, made with ground meat and vegetables, becoming a very versatile dish, accompany it with toast and cream.

  • 4 Roma tomatoes
  • 1/4 white onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 400 grams ground beef
  • 1 cube Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 cups carrot, cooked in cubes
  • 1/2 cups peas, Cooked

  • Blend the tomato, the piece of onion, the garlic and the water. Strain and reserve.
  • Heat the oil in an extended pot and fry the chopped onion with the meat until golden brown.
  • Pour the liquefied tomato stew, the cube of Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth and let it boil over medium heat for 5 minutes or until it is seasoned.
  • Add the vegetables, mix and let it cook for 10 more minutes moving from time to time.
  • To serve.
