For the sauce:
Melt the butter over low heat and add the crushed garlic just until it lightly browns, then add the cream to heat it without boiling.
Add the Philadelphia cheese to melt, and at the end, quickly stir in the Parmesan cheese, adding salt and pepper, then add the already cooked pasta. It turns out super delicious!
