  • 1 package Snail # 4 La Moderna®, 200 g
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken, in cubes, roasted
  • Gouda cheese, grated
  • parsley, finely chopped

  • Add salt to a pot with enough boiling water and cook Caracol #4 La Moderna® for 9 minutes or until well cooked. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat the butter in a skillet and add the heavy cream, garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Place the cooked Caracol #4 La Moderna® in a previously greased baking dish, add the chicken cubes, and cover with Alfredo sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 5 minutes at 180°C or until the cheese is melted.
  • Sprinkle the Alfredo pasta with parsley and serve.
