Avocado Spaghetti

A delicious and nutritious avocado spaghetti recipe

  • 1/4 serrano chiles
  • 1/2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1/4 cups cilantro
  • 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 3 avocados
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 500 grams spaghetti

  • In a pot, cook the spaghetti with water and salt.
  • In a skillet, sauté the chili, onion, and garlic with butter for a few minutes. In the blender, combine evaporated milk, cream, cilantro, avocado, salt, pepper, and the sautéed ingredients, and blend perfectly.
  • On a plate, serve the spaghetti and pour the sauce over it.
