Baked Pasta with Ham and Mayonnaise

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 broccoli, washed and disinfected
  • 25 milliliters whipping cream
  • 50 grams deli ham
  • 1 tablespoon low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1 teaspoon tomato sauce
  • 50 grams long pasta

  • Preheat the oven to 160° C.
  • Heat the water until it boils, add salt, the broccoli in pieces, and cook for 5 minutes. Place in a bowl with cold water and ice to stop the cooking and set aside.
  • Mix the cream with the ham, mayonnaise, oregano, salt, and tomato sauce.
  • Add the sauce to the uncooked pasta, mix, and place in a baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the parmesan cheese, bake for 20 minutes or until the pasta is cooked and the cheese is melted.
