Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 broccoli, washed and disinfected
  • 25 milliliters whipping cream
  • 50 grams ham
  • 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1 teaspoon tomato sauce
  • 50 grams long pasta

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 160 ° C.
Heat the water until it boils, add the salt, the broccoli in pieces and cook for 5 minutes. Place in a bowl with cold water and ice to stop cooking and reserve.
Mix the cream with the ham, mayonnaise, oregano, salt and tomato sauce.
Add the sauce to the uncooked pasta, mix and place in a baking dish.
Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese, bake for 20 minutes or until the pasta is cooked and the cheese is gratin.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with a rich salad and toast.
