  • 1 boneless chicken breast, and skinless
  • 150 grams deli ham, in small cubes
  • 3 onions
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 sprig celery, in slices
  • 200 grams white cabbage, in thin strips
  • 150 grams carrot, in thin strips
  • 500 grams shrimp, peeled
  • black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • We will prepare the noodles according to the package instructions. Normally, they are prepared by placing them in boiling water, which we will remove from the heat once we add the noodles, and we let them sit for 4 to 5 minutes before draining and setting aside.
  • Once we have the noodles ready, we will prepare the rest of the ingredients to have them ready when we put the Wok on the heat. We chop the ham and onion into small cubes, slice the carrot and white cabbage into thin strips, cut the chicken breast into small strips, slice the celery, and crush the garlic.
  • We put the Wok on the heat with 3 tablespoons of oil. We add the onion and crushed garlic and let it cook until the onion is softened. When the onion is ready, we add the chicken and stir. When the chicken takes on color, we add the soy sauce, cover, and let it cook over medium heat until the chicken is tender.
  • The chicken is just right. We add the celery, cabbage, carrot, and let it cook for another 3 to 4 minutes. We add the shrimp, ham, and pepper to taste, and let it cook until the shrimp are done.
  • To finish, we add the noodles, stir for about 3 minutes, and the dish will be ready.
