Spinach-Filled Cannelloni

  • 10 cannelloni pasta
  • 250 grams requesón
  • 400 grams fresh spinach
  • 1 egg
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped and sautéed in a little oil
  • 2 grams salt
  • 2 grams white pepper
  • 2 grams nutmeg

  • Wash the spinach and set it aside. Place a pot with a small amount of water and when it is boiling, cook the spinach. Let it cook for 7-8 minutes. Drain and let cool. Then, squeeze out as much water as possible. Chop and set aside.
  • In a bowl, place the ricotta, add the chopped spinach, sautéed onion, grated cheese, egg, nutmeg, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well to combine the ingredients. Fill the cannelloni.
  • In a rectangular baking dish, place a little tomato sauce, the cannelloni, another layer of sauce, and finish by covering them with white sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese and cook at 180 degrees for about 30 to 40 minutes. Serve immediately. How delicious are they?
