Chicken Lasagna

A delicious recipe for chicken lasagna. This tasty lasagna with poblano chili and chicken creates a fusion between Italian and Mexican cuisine. It tastes amazing!

  • 1 package lasagna pasta
  • 1 chicken breast, shredded
  • 200 grams Manchego cheese
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 Poblano chiles, roasted and deveined
  • 1 cube chicken broth, White rose
  • vegetable oil
  • 1 garlic

  • In a saucepan, heat the oil, add the garlic and chicken until everything is well integrated.
  • Separately, in a blender, add the can of milk, the chicken broth cube, a bit of manchego cheese, and the poblano chiles; blend until it forms a paste.
  • Incorporate it into the saucepan with the chicken and let it simmer until it boils.
  • Preheat the oven to 180º C
  • In a greased baking dish, arrange the lasagna sheets, add some of the stew and cheese, place another layer of lasagna, and repeat the process. Arrange a final layer of lasagna and top it with just enough manchego cheese to cover it. Bake at 180º C for 30 minutes.
