In a saucepan, heat the oil, add the garlic and chicken until everything is well integrated.
Separately, in a blender, add the can of milk, the chicken broth cube, a bit of manchego cheese, and the poblano chiles; blend until it forms a paste.
Incorporate it into the saucepan with the chicken and let it simmer until it boils.
Preheat the oven to 180º C
In a greased baking dish, arrange the lasagna sheets, add some of the stew and cheese, place another layer of lasagna, and repeat the process. Arrange a final layer of lasagna and top it with just enough manchego cheese to cover it.
Bake at 180º C for 30 minutes.
