Cold Pasta with Pineapple and Apple

For this Christmas, we suggest the recipe for this delicious cold pasta with fresh fruits, a great option as it combines the goodness of fresh fruit with the delicious McCORMICK® Balance Mayonnaise with avocado oil.

  • 2 cups elbow pasta, cooked
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 cup apple
  • 1/2 cups celery
  • 1/2 cups walnuts, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups McCormick Balance™ avocado oil mayonnaise dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Mix the sour cream with the McCORMICK® Balance Mayonnaise with avocado oil in a bowl. Set aside.
  • On a cutting board, cut the grapes in half and the pineapple, apple, and celery into small cubes. Set aside.
  • Mix the pasta with the grapes, pineapple, apple, celery, and walnut.
  • Add the McCORMICK® Balance Mayonnaise with avocado oil to the pasta, season with salt and pepper, and mix. Serve in a salad bowl and enjoy with a delicious marinated pork loin.
