For this Christmas we propose the recipe for this rich cold pasta with fresh fruits, a great option since it has the richness of fresh fruit combined with the delicious McCORMICK® Balance Mayonnaise with avocado oil.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cups elbows pasta, cooked
  • 1 cup grape
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 cup apple
  • 1/2 cups celery
  • 1/2 cups walnut, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups McCORMICK Balance® Mayonnaise with Avocado Oil
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Mix the sour cream with the McCORMICK® Balance Mayonnaise with avocado oil. In a bowl. Reservation.
On a board, cut the grapes in half and the pineapple, apple, and celery into small cubes. Reservation.
Mix the pasta with the grapes, pineapple, apple, celery and walnut.
Add the McCORMICK® Balance Mayonnaise sauce with avocado oil to the pasta, season with salt and pepper, and mix. Serve on a salad bowl and enjoy with a rich marinated tenderloin.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a salad bowl.

TIPS

We recommend having your pasta cooked and refrigerated the day before, so that when mixing everything, the sauce does not heat up.
