Christmas Cold Pasta

Prepare this delicious creamy cold elbow pasta with yogurt, blueberries, green grapes, apple, and the incredible flavor of toasted walnut for this Christmas.   • 2 liters water
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 cup elbow pasta, #2
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cups canned pineapple, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cups turkey deli ham, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cups green seedless grapes, cut in half
  • 1/4 cups dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cups toasted pecans

  • Heat water in a pot until it reaches boiling point, add salt, and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain the pasta, rinse with cold water and drizzle with olive oil. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, add the yogurt with the cream and mix with a little salt, then add the pasta.
  • Add the pineapple, ham, apple, grape, blueberry, and walnut.
  • Serve the salad and enjoy.
