1 package pasta, cooked, whichever type you prefer (elbows, spiral, macaroni, etc.)
1 teaspoon coarse salt
1/4 bunches fresh cilantro, Chinese, washed and disinfected
1/2 teaspoons garlic
1 teaspoon granulated chicken bouillon
1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 ladle extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon light margarine, low in salt and fat
1/4 white onions
pepper, freshly ground, to taste

We cook the pasta as indicated by the manufacturer, but in the cooking water, we add the onion and salt; we will remove the onion when the pasta is cooked, at the time of draining.
In a bowl, we put the pasta along with the other ingredients, except for the parsley, and mix.
We remove the leaves from the parsley so that we can use them as a decoration on top of the pasta, resembling little trees.
