Cold Pasta with Chinese Parsley

Fresh cold pasta recipe with Chinese parsley, it's quick and easy to make and looks very nice because of the parsley.

  • 1 package pasta, cooked, whichever type you prefer (elbows, spiral, macaroni, etc.)
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1/4 bunches fresh cilantro, Chinese, washed and disinfected
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic
  • 1 teaspoon granulated chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 ladle extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon light margarine, low in salt and fat
  • 1/4 white onions
  • pepper, freshly ground, to taste

  • We cook the pasta as indicated by the manufacturer, but in the cooking water, we add the onion and salt; we will remove the onion when the pasta is cooked, at the time of draining.
  • In a bowl, we put the pasta along with the other ingredients, except for the parsley, and mix.
  • We remove the leaves from the parsley so that we can use them as a decoration on top of the pasta, resembling little trees.
