3 cups bowtie pasta
1 1/2 cups cucumber, peeled and diced
3/4 cups feta cheese, in cubes
1/4 cups red onion, chopped
1/4 cups black olives, slices
1/4 teaspoons pepper, freshly ground
12 tomatoes, halved
1 cup baby arugula
1/4 cups lime juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoons black pepper
1/8 teaspoons salt

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. When ready, drain and rinse under cold water. Shake off and set aside in a deep bowl.
Add the cucumbers, onion, black olives, feta cheese, tomatoes, and arugula to the pasta and stir. Season with 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.
To prepare the dressing, mix the lemon juice with the olive oil, oregano, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, and 1/8 teaspoon of salt. Stir well.
Add the dressing to the pasta salad with the vegetables and cheese and stir.
Let cool for a few minutes in the refrigerator and serve well chilled.
