Ingredients: 3 cups bowtie pasta; 1 1/2 cups cucumber, peeled and diced; 3/4 cups feta cheese, in cubes; 1/4 cups red onion, chopped; 1/4 cups black olives, slices; 1/4 teaspoons pepper, freshly ground; 12 tomatoes, halved; 1 cup baby arugula; 1/4 cups lime juice; 2 tablespoons olive oil; 1 teaspoon dried oregano; 1/4 teaspoons black pepper; 1/8 teaspoons salt

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. When ready, drain and rinse under cold water. Shake off and set aside in a deep bowl. Add the cucumbers, onion, black olives, feta cheese, tomatoes, and arugula to the pasta and stir. Season with 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.
