  • 2 cups elbow pasta, cooked
  • 1 1/2 cups Danone® Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cups edamame
  • 1/2 cups pineapple
  • 1/2 cups red onion
  • 1/2 cups celery, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle chile
  • kale, fried, to accompany

  • Cut the pineapple, red onion, and celery into small cubes and set aside.
  • Mix the macaroni, Danone® Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, the juice of the yellow lemon, pineapple, red onion, celery, and chipotle.
  • Serve the macaroni in a deep plate and accompany with fried kale.
