Pasta Salad with Chicken Pieces

  • 400 grams pasta, your choice
  • 400 grams chicken breast, clean and boneless
  • 350 grams corn
  • 200 grams mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cups raisins, to taste
  • 200 grams cheese, of your choice
  • 250 grams onion
  • 1 lime juice
  • 2 grams salt
  • 10 milliliters olive oil
  • 72 grams carrot, into cubes
  • 2 grams pepper

  • Boil the pasta and carrot for 10 minutes
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook until well browned for 10 minutes, chop into pieces and set aside.
  • Chop the onion into small cubes and marinate with lemon juice for 5 minutes
  • In a bowl, add the pasta and the other ingredients and gently toss until well combined.
