Soba Noodles with Peas and Carrots La Huerta ®

A very fresh pasta with a Thai touch, prepare some noodles with a very original dressing and perfect vegetables.

  • 3 peas, and carrots La Huerta
  • 180 Noodles, soba
  • 1/2 cups fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cups sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cups soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 1 lime, juice
  • 1 sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon pasta, miso
  • 2 teaspoons ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce

  • For the sauce: Integrate all the ingredients until emulsified. Set aside.
  • Heat a pot of water.
  • Toast the sesame seeds carefully to avoid burning.
  • When the water boils, add the noodles and cook until al dente, then rinse them in cold water.
  • Combine the noodles with the vegetables and top with the dressing. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and cilantro.
