180 Noodles, soba
1/2 cups fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 cups sesame seeds
1/4 cups soy sauce
2 tablespoons peanut oil
1 lime, juice
1 sesame oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon pasta, miso
2 teaspoons ginger, grated
1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce

For the sauce: Integrate all the ingredients until emulsified. Set aside.
Heat a pot of water.
Toast the sesame seeds carefully to avoid burning.
When the water boils, add the noodles and cook until al dente, then rinse them in cold water.
Combine the noodles with the vegetables and top with the dressing. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and cilantro.
