Crab Ravioli

This recipe is a simple way to make homemade ravioli with a delicious filling. Serve this recipe with a vodka tomato sauce.

  • 20 leaves wonton wrapper
  • 1 can crab, shredded
  • 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1 egg

  • In a deep bowl, mix the crab with the ricotta cheese, spices, salt, pepper, and Tabasco sauce.
  • Prepare a tray with parchment paper and flour to place the ravioli before cooking them.
  • A large pot with plenty of water and salt is brought to a boil.
  • To make the ravioli, beat the egg and apply it with your fingers or a brush on a wonton sheet. Then fill the sheet and close it in the shape of a triangle or square, pressing the edges with a fork.
  • The ravioli are cooked in the boiling water until they float and are removed from the water with a spoon or strainer.
