Ingredients

4 servings
  • 20 leaves of wonton
  • 1 can of crab shredded
  • 1/2 Cup of ricotta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of Italian spice
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoonful of Tabasco sauce
  • 1 piece of egg

    Preparation

    In a deep bowl mix the crab with ricotta cheese, spices, salt, pepper and tabasco sauce.
    Prepare a tray with waxed paper and flour to place the ravioli before cooking.
    Place a large pot with plenty of water and salt to boil.
    To make the ravioli, beat the egg and put it with your fingers or with a brush on a wonton leaf. Then the sheet is filled and closed in the form of a triangle or square and with a fork the edges are pressed.
    The ravioli are cooked in the boiling water until they float and are removed from the water with a spoon or grid.

    PRESENTATION

    They are served at the time accompanied by a tomato sauce or butter and basil.
