This recipe is an easy way to make homemade ravioli with a delicious filling. Accompany this recipe with a tomato sauce with vodka.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 20 leaves wonton
  • 1 can crab, crumbled
  • 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
  • 1 egg

Preparation

In a deep bowl, mix the crab with the ricotta cheese, spices, salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce.
Prepare a tray with waxed paper and flour to place the ravioli before cooking.
A large pot with a lot of water and salt is placed to boil.
To make the ravioli, beat the egg and put it with your fingers or with a brush on a wonton sheet. Then the leaf is filled and closed in the shape of a triangle or square and the edges are pressed with a fork.
The ravioli are cooked in the boiling water until they float and are removed from the water with a spoon or rack.

PRESENTATION

They are served at the moment accompanied by a tomato sauce or butter and basil.

TIPS

Wonton sheets are found in the refrigeration area of Asian supermarkets.
