In a skillet, add the butter, goat cheese, and the reserved pasta water. Season with salt and pepper and stir until smooth. Add the kale and olives to the mixture at the end and stir gently.
Add the creamy sauce to the pasta. Serve in deep plates and sprinkle with crispy bacon.
