Preparation
Cook the pasta as indicated by the package so that it is al dente, strain and reserve 1/2 cup of the water where you cook the pasta.
In a pan add the kale and cover it with water (just enough), add a little grain salt and cook for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile cook the bacon so that it is crispy either in the microwave, pan or in the oven as you prefer and it becomes easier. Cut it into small pieces.
In a pan add the butter, the goat cheese and the water you reserved from the pasta. Season with salt and pepper and stir until it has a smooth consistency. Add the kale and olives to the mixture at the end and stir carefully.
Add the cream sauce to the pasta. Serve in bowls and sprinkle with crispy bacon .
