  • 200 grams spaghetti
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 garlic
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 pinch basil
  • 30 grams butter
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 50 grams broccoli
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced

  • In a skillet, melt the butter over low heat, add onion, garlic, bell pepper, zucchini, and raw broccoli; season with salt and pepper.
  • Once the preparation is cooked, add the milk and cheese to create a thick sauce, then add the basil.
  • Cook the spaghetti al dente with bay leaves and a pinch of salt.
  • Drain and coat with the sauce.
