  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 cup plain yogurt, low in calories
  • 1/2 cups sour cream, low in calories
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cups pineapple, in syrup, low in calories, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cups turkey deli ham, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cups apple, cut into small cubes

  • 1/2 cups green seedless grapes, cut in half
  • 1/4 cups dried cranberries, low in calories
  • 1/4 cups toasted pecans, chopped
