Change the traditional hot pasta for this Delicious Christmas Cold Pasta. This rich tasting recipe is made with pineapple in low calorie syrup, perfect to maintain a healthy lifestyle during these celebrations, it is also very light, as it is made with turkey ham. Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 liters Water
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 cup elbow pasta , #2
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 cup natural yogurt, Low in calories
  • 1/2 cups sour cream, low in calories
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cups pineapple, in syrup, low in calories, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cups Turkey ham, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cups apple, packed in small cubes
  • 1/2 cups apple, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cups seedless green grape, cut in half
  • 1/4 cups dehydrated cranberry, Low in calories
  • 1/4 cups roasted nut, chopped

Preparation

Heat the water in a pot until and bring it to a boil, add the salt and cook the pasta until it is al dente. Drain the pasta and add olive oil. Reservation.
In a bowl mix the plain yogurt with the low calorie cream, the pasta and season with salt.
Add pineapple in low sugar syrup, ham, apple, grape, low-calorie blueberries and walnut.
Serve the pasta and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a pasta dish.

TIPS

You can substitute the natural yogurt for Greek yogurt or sour cream, whatever you like best.
