Dry Noodle with Beans

A delicious dry noodle soup with beans. Serve it with cheese, cream, and chipotle.

  • 1 package fideo pasta, dry, preferably in a bundle
  • canola oil, as needed
  • 6 fresh tomato

  • In hot oil, brown the noodles while continuously stirring.
  • Drain it on a paper towel to remove excess grease.
  • Place it in the same pot and set aside.
  • Blend the tomato, onion, garlic, beans, and bean broth. Add this mixture to the noodles.
  • Lower the heat and wait for it to absorb all the liquid.
  • Serve the dry noodles accompanied by cream, cheese, and avocado to taste.
  • If desired, accompanied by slices of dried chili.
