1 package fideo pasta, dry, preferably in a bundle
canola oil, as needed
6 fresh tomato
1/3 onions
1 clove garlic
1 cup bean broth
1 árbol chile
1/2 cups panela cheese, crumbled
parsley
1 cup sour cream
1 guajillo chile, fried
1 can refried beans

In hot oil, brown the noodles while continuously stirring.
Drain it on a paper towel to remove excess grease.
Place it in the same pot and set aside.
Blend the tomato, onion, garlic, beans, and bean broth. Add this mixture to the noodles.
Lower the heat and wait for it to absorb all the liquid.
Serve the dry noodles accompanied by cream, cheese, and avocado to taste.
If desired, accompanied by slices of dried chili.
