1 clove garlic
2 guajillo chiles, roasted, seedless, and soaked in hot water
5 cups chicken broth
100 grams añejo cheese, grated
1/2 cups sour cream

FRY THE NOODLES IN PLENTY OF OIL UNTIL THEY ARE EVENLY GOLDEN, DRAIN AND PLACE ON PAPER TOWELS.
GRIND THE TOMATO WITH THE CHILIES, GARLIC, AND ONION VERY WELL
SEASON THE TOMATO IN A POT AND SEASON WITH CHICKEN BROTH, ADD THE BROTH AND ONCE IT BOILS, ADD THE NOODLES, LET IT DRY
SERVE WITH GRATED AGED CHEESE, SOUR CREAM, AVOCADO, AND CHIPOTLES.
