  • 2 packages chambray noodle
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, roasted, peeled, and seedless
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 guajillo chiles, roasted, seedless, and soaked in hot water
  • 5 cups chicken broth
  • 100 grams añejo cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 avocado

  • FRY THE NOODLES IN PLENTY OF OIL UNTIL THEY ARE EVENLY GOLDEN, DRAIN AND PLACE ON PAPER TOWELS.
  • GRIND THE TOMATO WITH THE CHILIES, GARLIC, AND ONION VERY WELL
  • SEASON THE TOMATO IN A POT AND SEASON WITH CHICKEN BROTH, ADD THE BROTH AND ONCE IT BOILS, ADD THE NOODLES, LET IT DRY
  • SERVE WITH GRATED AGED CHEESE, SOUR CREAM, AVOCADO, AND CHIPOTLES.
