1 package elbow pasta, Luigi
1 cup whipping cream
1 ladle flour
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons cow's milk
100 grams serrano ham
1/2 cups breadcrumbs
dried oregano
salt
pepper
nutmegs
Preparation

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Prepare a roux with the flour and butter, whisk together and let it brown a little.
Add the lyncott cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. If it's too thick, add milk.
Mix the sauce with the elbow macaroni, add pieces of serrano ham. Place in a baking dish.
Mix the breadcrumbs with oregano, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle over the pasta.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
