Elbow Macaroni with Alfredo Sauce and Serrano Ham

  • 1 package elbow pasta, Luigi
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 ladle flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 tablespoons cow's milk
  • 100 grams serrano ham
  • 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
  • dried oregano
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmegs

  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
  • Prepare a roux with the flour and butter, whisk together and let it brown a little.
  • Add the lyncott cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. If it's too thick, add milk.
  • Mix the sauce with the elbow macaroni, add pieces of serrano ham. Place in a baking dish.
  • Mix the breadcrumbs with oregano, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle over the pasta.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
