Creamy elbow pasta is always an ideal option to share with your family, prepare this elbow pasta in a creamy avocado sauce with cilantro and walnut. This pasta is a very delicious and easy option for lunch.
2 tablespoons Primavera® margarine Special Olive Oils, (bar 90 g)
1 clove garlic, for avocado sauce
1/2 cups white onion, cut into quarters, for avocado sauce
1/4 cups walnuts, for avocado sauce
2 avocados, for avocado sauce
1 pinch salt and pepper
1 cup queso fresco, for decoration
avocado, for decoration
fresh cilantro, for decoration

For the pasta, in a small pot, heat the water until boiling, add a tablespoon of salt, cook the pasta until al dente. Drain, cool, and set aside.
Heat a small pot with Margarina Primavera® Special Olive Oils, cook the garlic, onion, and walnut, add the sour cream, cream cheese, and cook until the cheese dissolves, remove from the pan and cool. Blend together with cilantro and avocado, salt, and pepper until you get a smooth sauce.
In a bowl, mix the elbow pasta with the avocado sauce, serve with fresh cheese, avocado cubes, and cilantro sprigs. Enjoy.
